Tastings Around Town: 28 Springs

A little over a week ago, Jason and I finally (after many months of drooling looking at the tasting menus) got to go to a Bar Tasting at 28 Springs in Siloam Springs.

Now, I’ve already sang 28 Springs’ praises here on the blog and after many wonderful dinners out and a beyond-comparison Valentine’s meal there, this place has quickly become one of our absolute faves in the area.

Local Eats

Although I love to cook at home, I live for getting to eat out at one of my local favorites on the weekend.

I like to think of it as a way of getting culinary inspiration and supporting the locals.

And I know that there are probably other great places in the area, so you’ll have to comment with your favorites so I can try those, too!

Enjoy eating local!

I was so excited when I learned that the chef/owner of James at the Mill here in Fayetteville was opening a more accessible, casual restaurant called 28 Springs in Siloam. (Find out more about my dining experience at James at the Mill in my Valentine’s post.)
